Tidbits & Thoughts

In my travels, I have met as many women as men traveling independently.

Why I travel

Lessons of traveling well

Traveling is exciting which means it is stressful and tiring

Plan for and get enough sleep while you travel. It will make the every day challenges easier to sort out and even enjoyable

I always seem to plan more than I can reasonably accomplish during any given travel.

Let go of some of it along the way as you can. Then focus on what you are doing, not what you chose to give up.

Walking

Is great during my travels for:

Interacting with my local world up close up and personal.

Getting exercise

Reducing stress

Gaining perspective
