Guatemala is in my heart and soul. It is a mystical place that I do not understand but I desire to return.
Every Sunday morning people in traditional hand woven and embroidered clothes come to Chichicastenango from surrounding villages to buy and sell flowers, fruits, vegetables, baked goods and hand made items of daily necessity. This has been going on for hundreds of years... before there was a 'sunday' in this land...
