Who Why How   Brief Overview   Weekly Summary   Daily Summary   Read Journal   Friday 4/21/06 - 18 Days Post Surgery 7am: Good morning world. Pain and stiffness present, but very low compared to the first 2 weeks. 11am:I just returned from my morning walk. Yesterday and the day prior I could walk a half a mile with my cane and not feel pain. Today I started feeling pain in my I.T. band so I only walked one quarter of a mile. The I.T. band is the tendon that connects a small muscle in the hip to the knee and I feel the pain near my knee. That is just an indication that I need to let it rest and recover. 8pm: I've been quite active in short spurts today. It's been a good day, but I have nothing new and so I'll close. |
