Sobriana National Park
The Sobriana National Park, situated in a rain forest is just outside Panama City. It is green with bamboo and other tropical plants. Any trail that is not cut back routinely becomes overgrown. There is a small zoo there with an exhibit about the Aguila Arpia, the national bird. The exhibit, sponsored and produced by Sony and Visa is very well done, interesting and informative. Eighteen months of photography was condensed into 20 minutes of video. Entrance to the zoo cost the equivalent of $1US and the exhibit asked for another $1Us donation.
