And another view on the outskirts of the market. The man is wearing pants of the same hand woven and embroidered fabric as the women's huipiles from his village.

After 3 weeks of exploring Antigua, studying Spanish and  visiting the villages on the shores of Lake Atitlan and the market at Chichicastenango we decided that it was time again to bid farewell to where we were and travel on to the ancient Mayan city of Tikal.
