Kayaking will e good for me emotionally and spiritually. We got a late start but paddled 27 miles in 5 hours the first day. It seems so natural to be on the water. There are Blue Herrons every quarter of a mile. Paddling is very ryhthmic.

The second day we paddled 30 miles and stopped for several hours when we passed through Corvallis. It's very interesting and strange to aproach and enter a city by water instead of by road.
